Maison Arya is a boutique hospitality project designed to bring warmth, character and clarity to a compact hotel experience in the heart of Brussels. Located steps from Grand Place and Place Sainte-Catherine, the project rethinks the city stay through a more intimate and carefully curated spatial identity.

The interior approach balances comfort and simplicity, creating a welcoming atmosphere with a distinct sense of place. Conceived around 20 rooms and shared spaces, Maison Arya was designed to feel both practical and personal — a refined urban retreat with a softer, more residential tone.

More than a hotel, Maison Arya was imagined as a compact destination with presence: accessible, elegant and quietly expressive.
