Bisou is a playful all-day coffee bar and eatery designed as a contemporary reinterpretation of a beloved local address on Rue du Bailli. The project balances nostalgia and freshness, transforming a place with memory into a space with a bold new identity.

The interior was conceived as a layered composition of contrasts: glossy and raw, soft and sculptural, refined and light-hearted. Rich textures, warm materials and expressive details create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and vibrant.

More than a café, Bisou was designed as an experience — a place with character, emotion and immediacy, where design supports everyday rituals while giving the brand a strong and memorable spatial identity.
