VolleGas was conceived as part of the 90 Folies group, like Boemvol, with the ambition of bringing new energy to a true Brussels brasserie institution. Located on Place Fernand Cocq in Ixelles, the project embraces the spirit of the address while reactivating it as a lively, generous and distinctly local destination.

The project balances heritage and conviviality, creating a setting that feels rooted in Belgian brasserie culture while remaining vibrant, accessible and full of character. More than a restaurant, Volle Gas was designed as a place with memory and presence — warm, social and unmistakably Brussels.
