This project transformed a former office space in Schaerbeek into a contemporary eight-bedroom coliving house, entirely reimagined from layout to decoration. Once devoid of character, the property was redesigned as a warm and cohesive living environment with a strong residential identity.

The renovation focused on creating a balance between comfort, conviviality and style, turning every square metre into part of a new way of living together. Shared spaces were designed to feel welcoming and functional, while each room was given its own sense of character, contributing to a home that feels both practical and expressive.

More than a renovation, the project was conceived as a complete transformation — an interior designed to make collective living feel generous, elegant and effortless.
