Inspired by the brand’s relaxed, social energy and its Australian-influenced food culture, the project was conceived to feel warm, memorable and immediately distinctive.

The design embraces audacity through colour, texture and contrast, with expressive choices made to leave a lasting impression. Green velvet banquettes, lacquered burgundy tables and a bespoke dessert counter bring rhythm, depth and personality to the space, shaping an atmosphere that feels both playful and refined.

More than a brunch spot, Crème Brussels was imagined as a place with presence — vibrant, welcoming and visually strong, designed to stand out and stay in mind.
